Eligibility
Return window
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking confirmation email.
Condition
Items must be unwashed, unworn (except for trying on), and returned with all original packaging intact.
Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of extended wear are not eligible for return. We recommend trying on over underwear.
Damaged on arrival
Received something damaged or incorrect? We will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you — no return required.
Sale items
Items purchased at a promotional discount are eligible for store credit or exchange, but not a cash refund.
